We designed the Applesmasher pipeline because we wanted to see what it might do for our own kids and found such delight in the outcome, we decided to make the process available for everyone.

10% for the planet
Every Applesmasher is printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic. But we want to go further. 10% of every purchase goes to the 5 Gyres Institute, a nonprofit researching plastic pollution science and biodegradable alternatives. They run peer-reviewed studies on how bioplastics actually break down in real environments — oceans, soil, landfills — so the next generation of materials is better than the last.
